Something particulary "strange" happened in the week of October 1-7, and that is the fulfilment of a long anticipation: the end of the Sims series reign, even if it is only for a brief moment - until the next month probably. Supposely, this event's explanation resides in the satirical introduction of the World of Warcraft's universe in an episode of South Park, where The Comedy Central cartoon featured a storyline that involved the show's four heroes. Well, that's quite an explanation, thus it shouldn't come as a surprise.
Without further ado, here's the top ten list:
1. World of Warcraft - Blizzard Entertainment;
2. Company of Heroes - THQ;
3. The Sims 2: Glamour Life Stuff - EA Games;
4. The Sims 2 - EA Games;
5. Caesar IV - Vivendi Games;
6. Lego Star Wars II: The Original Trilogy - LucasArts;
7. SimCity 4: Deluxe Edition - Electronic Arts;
8. Guild Wars Factions - NCsoft;
9. Cars: Radiator Springs Adventure - THQ;
10. Warcraft III: Battlechest - Blizzard Entertainment.
