Although SEGA gave us the chills and made butterflies run amok in our stomachs with the rumor that Condemned 2 would be delayed, it appears that Monolith (the absolutely normal team behind F.E.A.R. or NOLF) took inspiration from Sonic and sped things up a bit, just in time to meet the "March 2008" deadline.
Yes, Ethan Hawke's living nightmares will return on the 14th of March, but until then we'll be busy buttoning the Wiimote with "NiGHTS: Journey of Dreams" and "Ghost Squad" (to be launched on January 18). This month's rampage will continue with "Phantasy Star: Ambition of the Illuminus" (PC, PS2) and "Universe at War: Earth Assault" (PC), both scheduled a week later.
Bizarre Creations will eventually come out of "The Club" in one piece (or three, one for Xbox 360, one for PS3 and one for PC) on February 8, while SEGA will unleash "Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games" for the DS on the same day. Sonic Riders: Zero Gravity (PS2, Wii) will catch up on 22nd and on February 28th Nintendo's DS and Wii are gonna get "Bleach"-ed.
March looks like the month of the consoles, with lots of titles readied for them. On the list are (besides Condemned 2 for PS360): Universe at War (Xbox 360, coming out on March 7th), Viking: Battle for Asgard (PS3/Xbox 360, arriving on March 28th) and SEGA Superstars Tennis (360, PS3, PS2, Wii, DS, same launch date as Viking.)
Ah well, I guess our girlfriends will need to reschedule our romantic evenings... Again...
