In a recently-held Microsoft press conference in Leipzig, it was announced that FIFA 07 and Pro Evolution Soccer 6 were to be exclusives to the Xbox 360 for the next twelve months. From Konami's point of view, things are the other way around. Eleven producer/creator Shingo 'Seabass' Takatsuka stated that Microsoft claims were untrue, as he declared:
"The presentation was misleading. We never said exclusive for one year on the next-gen platforms. We said this year. We were agreed that it was this year."
