The latest installment in the EA's PGA Tour series, with a graphically improved Tiger Woods at the helm of the events, conveniently called Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07, was announced for an almost complete array of platforms - only Nintendo's gaming systems are missing from the set - but since its debut on the Xbox 360 last year, brought nothing more than a host of criticisms for certain lacks in both presentation and gameplay, EA decided that the first big move is to release a demo version for all those golf-loving-Xbox-owner gamers out there. Now, they can get a taste of the new content in this late build (which was expected a month ago), available on the Xbox Live Marketplace.
The demo weights around 916.5MB, and features a tutorial video which demonstrates the game's new "true aiming" system, only one playable character - I'm sure you've guessed it, it's Tiger Woods, and four holes from the full game: the first hole at Princeville, the fifth at Bandon Dunes, the 16th at Firestone Country Club, and the 18th at St. Andrews.
The retail Xbox 360 version of the game is expected in stores next week, with a price tag of $59.99.
