Good news from the Electronic Art's battlefield, because the company wants to built "from the ground up" the series Battlefied, for next-gen consoles.
EA made today the announcement about its upcoming release, which is Battlefield: Bad Company on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Digital Illusions is helming once again the project and is building the title from the ground up specifically for the next-gen consoles.
Gamers know that the previous Battlefield games have focused heavily on multiplayer action. The new Bad Company seems to turn its attention to solo gamers. EA says that the new game will be a "deep, cinematic single-player experience" with a mix of action and dark humor.
Battlefield: Bad Company will put the players to take over the control of a squad of renegade soldiers and try to infiltrate in the enemy territory. Here, they will have to obtain riches and revenge. The game will permit the 90 percent of the levels to be destructible.
The fans of the game that like to play it online don't need to worry, because EA announced that the game still supports "a full suite" of multiplayer modes.
Bad Company is due to a 2007 release. No rating or price was announced yet.
