But this year, will be something else, because the Mississippi population will remember it as the day Madden NFL 07 for the Xbox 360 was released. This because Mississippi will play host to "Maddenoliday," which is a celebration of the launch of Electronic Arts' upcoming version of its annual football game.

Present at the celebration will be representatives from Microsoft and EA which will descend on Madden with Xbox 360 kiosks and three former NFL pros, Marshall Faulk, Warren Moon, and Jerry Rice. The celebration will last from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. at an undisclosed location.

The side also features features toungue-in-cheek suggestions on how to celebrate the day. Included is a "Maddvent Calendar," which has gameplay video, bogus coupons, and ridiculous recipes.
