Earlier this month, some gaming websites were listing Fusion Frenzy 2 for the Xbox 360 who showed up on the gamers Retail Radar. Pretty much like it was expected, today Microsoft confirmed that its original Xbox launch title Fuzion Frenzy will have soon a sequel.
Fuzion Frenzy 2 is scheduled to have a holiday release in the US. The game will feature 40 minigames set on seven different planets and also an online multiplayer matches and tournaments. Players will be able to use "tournament cards" that they earn during gaming and those can be used for a variety of purposes. Some of those purposes include selecting the next game to be played or choosing the next planet to go to.
The publisher of the game will be Hudson. Another titles from this published are Bomberman and Mario Party. Still, it seems that Fuzion Frenzy 2 won't be the only party game to hit the Xbox 360 this holiday season. According to the original Fuzion Frenzy developer Blitz Games, the studio is currently working on a secret project. This is done by the company to be "an exciting new suite of 'pick-up and play' action games for Xbox and Xbox 360." Its release will be also scheduled for holiday season.
