It's nice to a have an official confirmation for some of the rumors cut loose on various forums and websites, which plunder every inspired moment we see as an opportunity to free ourselves from the shackles of uncertainty. I'm sure most of you remember the Bioshock Scan Debacle Of 2006, when YouNewb provided the news of a Through the Looking Glass forum poster who claimed to be a 2K employee, and thus stating the fact that Irrational Games’ anticipated FPS project would hit store shelves in June.
Although there's no real need to say it, I'm pleased with the fact that this time around, those who gave into prior announcements were absolved from deception. According to an interview with British game site, Computer and Video Games, 2k Games made their final statement regarding the release condition of Bioshock, by announcing that their upcoming FPS will inarguable flood the stores of the U.S. in June.
Further details provided by 2k and recorded by CVG reveal the fact that both the UK and European releases will arrive in time for June’s showdown, but unfortunately for those still hoping for a change in the consoles department, the game is still not scheduled to show its face on PS3.
