Cheat Mode
While playing, hold L1 + R2 + Left + Triangle, then press Start to access a cheat menu with Level Warp and Invulnerability.
Unlock Drizzt Do'UrdenHold R2 + R1 + L1 + L2 while selecting your character. However, you cannot load a saved game using Drizzt until you've unlocked Extreme Mode.
InvincibilityPress R2, L1, Left, D-Pad, Triangle, Start. This cheat unlocks the invincibility option and the location wrap.
Unlock Extreme ModeBeat Gauntlet mode to unlock Extreme Mode.
Unlock Gauntlet ModeBeat the game on any difficulty level to unlock Gauntlet Mode.
Super characterHold R2 + L1 + Left + Triangle then press R3 during game play. Your character will speak to confirm correct code entry. Your character will now be at level 20 and have access to all feats. Your character will also have level 1 feats on all class-dependent feats and 75,000 more gold pieces. Note: It will take some time to get enough experience points to level up your magic or feats after this code is enabled.
Level 20 Character and 75000 GoldWhen in play mode, press L1, R2, Triangle, Left D-Pad, R3 and start at same time to instantly make your character 20th level, with 75000 gold, 1000 Health and 1000 Mana, and a minimum of 1 in every feat, including other character specific feats. The downside is that your character does NOT gain any further experience points while playing, and is stuck at 20th level, with low level feats. The normal character max is 40th level.
Quick Level UpTurn Invincibility on and use Level Warp to transport yourself to "the gauntlet" level. Advance as much as you possibly can without running out of time. This level has pretty good monsters to hack and slash and gain lots of experience and gold. But remember, before you run out of time Level Warp yourself again into the Tavern. Keep transporting between the Tavern and the gauntlet until you reach whatever level you want. Once you gain enough levels you could probably make it all the way to the end where an Iron Golem is waiting for you. If you kill it not only you receive tons of exp's but also you can pick up the Onix Sword for some massive damage and if you are running short of gold you can sell this sword for over 98,000 gold pieces.
Auto Level upPress R2 L1 Left d-pad R3. This cheat automatically takes you to level 20, gives you access to all the feats (depending on the current number of slots available). It also gives you level one feats on all of your character's class-dependant feats and an additional 75,000 gold pieces.
Fast Level Up And CashFirst activate the invincibility cheat, then level warp to the bthrone level and kill the boss there. This gives 2000 exp per kill. then level warp to Towerh level and go down the stairs to tower4. You will appear next to an iron giant, kill it and get 7000 exp plus an onyx sword. Then level warp back to bthrone and kill the beholder again. Keep repeating until you get the required level. Also, you can sell the onyx sword for 98000 gold.

Duplicate itemsSave the game, then drop the items to be duplicated from the inventory of your current character. Press Start and choose to change your character. Import your character from the previously saved game. The game will bring in your character with all items in inventory at the time of your save, and allow you to collect the duplicates that are on the ground.
Easy itemsIf you have a high level character with many good items that you would like a new character to have, start a new game with the new character. Then, load the character with all the items as the second player. Then, drop the desired items on the floor to allow the new character to pick them up. Equip everything and sell off things that are not needed. Then, save the game and restart the PlayStation2. Play a new game with a new character and load the other new character (that has all the items) as the main character.
Easy experienceNote: You must constantly save your game in order to do this trick. At any time when you encounter a Boss, immediately save the game to a new file after defeating them. Press Start and load the game file that was saved immediately before you fought the Boss. After the game has loaded, press Start and go to "Characters". Import the character from the file that was saved when you defeated the Boss. You will now have a character with more experience, but will be able to fight the Boss again which results in lots of experience. Keep doing this every time you defeat the Boss to gain levels faster.
Move fasterTo move faster, you can jump everywhere instead of walking. It will make the journey about one and a half times faster.
Naked SorceressStart a game in easy mode as the Sorceress. Enable the "Cheat mode" code and activate the "Invincibility" option. Take off the Sorceress' clothes and play the game as usual. After you defeat an enemy such as Xantem, Drow Underworld Witch, Karn, or Eldrith, the camera will move. If the camera comes close to her, you can see her naked. This is best seen after defeating the Orb of the Dead.
Best swordThe best sword is not the Onyx Blade. It is the Shocking Burst Adamantine Bastard Sword +3. It does 48-180 damage, as well as electrical damage.
