Sunny The Clown
The easiest thing to do (If your sim has enough) is to buy the sunny the clown painting for around 45 simoleons. When done, after a few days sunny the clown shall pop into your lot from the painting. He'll imediately leave, but if you want to, make a square box around him so he can't get out. Kill him or look after him! Have fun!
Submitted By: HunterMav66Building a Castle in the CloudsLarge second - floor extensions to a house, or even an entire house in the air, can be built totally unsupported by the following method. First, lay out a complete ground layer of pillars. You`ll need lots to form a surface to build on. Next build your second-floor home on top of these pillars. It`s important that you do ALL the structural work at this point; get all the walls placed and floors put in. Don`t forget the stairs! Next, simply switch to the ground floor, and delete all the pillars. The house will remain standing, completely unsupported by anything except thin air! Voila! A castle in the clouds for your Sims!
Lots Of MoneyEnter !;!;!;!;!; all the way across the cheat box then delete one of the ! and put 1 in. Hold enter and your money will go up very fast.

Garbage Bag of HoldingIn the early stages of The Sims life time is often wasted emptying the trash and bringing it to the curb. I found that if you fill the cheap 30 simolian trash barrel you can order your sim to empty it and just as they remove the bag cancel the order. Then order them to pick up the mess that they just made and they will return the full bag to an empty barrel, which will now be empty. Do this every time it fills and trash need never be brought outside to the curb again. This saves a lot of time.
Paying the BillsSimply keep a bill, unpaid, until the mail carrier delivers the next set. When your flag is up (your mailbox being full of-- what else, more bills), pay the first one (i.e., bring it out to the mailbox.) When you do this, the newer bills disappear. Using this cheat, you will only have to pay every other bill, instead of every one.
Raise Sims Mood BarsWhen using the move_object cheat you can restore your Sims mood bars by getting your Sim to sit in a chair, pausing the game and deleting the chair that your Sim is in. Your Sim will disappear. Unpause the game and click on your Sims face icon and your Sim will reappear with some restored bars.
Don`t Pay BillsIf you don`t want to pay the bills all you have to do is go to `Buy mode` and then pick up the bills. Then move them to a place where they cannot be put down like a chair and then press `Escape`. the Bills will disappear and won`t need paying.

Hidden cartoonWhen you insert the game CD-ROM and it asks whether you want to start or visit various web sites, move the pointer over the gray Maxis symbol in the bottom left corner. It will change into colored text. Click on it to see the hidden cartoon.
Easier repeat cheatsTo make it easier to repeat a code, such as the money code, first enter the code, then make a mistake after what you have repeated. For example enter the money cheat, then enter !;!;!;!;!;!: (note the colon at the end instead of a semi-colon). The game will respond "Sorry, invalid cheat" but you will have the amount that you requested. When you click "OK", the cheat will still be at the prompt. Press [Enter] again and click "OK" for another repeat of the cheat you entered. Note: The game will exit if too much money is accumulated.
Multiple game dataCreate a folder in the Sims folder called "User Data". Warning: Do not overwrite the current folder or you will destroy your program and be required to reinstall. You must move the old one to another folder. Copy (do not shortcut) your files to the new folder to your new one. In your new game, delete your existing families and their houses. Keep them in your existing game. You now have multiple game data and can swap folders when desired.
Getting visitorsIf your neighbor says no when asked to come over your house, brush your teeth about two times. Then while you are on the phone with your neighbor, repeatedly press 1 and 2 (speed change). Your neighbor should say yes most of the time.
Artist careerYou can make a living as an artist. Get a new character and make him or her a little studio with the basics (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room) and get the paint stand. Paint all the time and sell your paintings. When your creativity is at the maximum, you can sell your paintings for about 135 Simoleons each. Although its not much, you do not have to get up in the morning and will have more time to train your other abilities.
Magic garbage bagThe following trick saves the time needed to take the garbage to the street. Buy the 30 simolian garbage can. Order your Sim to empty it, then cancel the order just as they remove the bag from the can. Then, order them to pick up the mess that they just created. Your Sim will return the full bag to an empty can. Repeat this each time it fills and trash will never have be brought outside again.

Direct two of your Sims to answer different phones. By doing this, two messages will appear for each of your Sims. Sometimes the game will even offer some generous amount of money.
Have a babyWhen both parents are not busy, have the father sit and watch television until he is very relaxed. Then, tell the mother to give him a back rub. Keep doing this until the father enjoys the back rub. Note: You may get denied at first, but keep trying. Once you have successfully given him a backrub, kiss him. He should fall in love; if not, keep doing this until he does. Then, have them take a Jacuzzi together. Have them sleep together that night. If nothing happens, then have them sleep together the next night also. Eventually they will have a baby. You can also do this the other way around, with the father starting it.
Exceed family member limitUse the following trick to add other members to your family, after you already have eight members. Enable the move_objects on code. If you have a family that consists of eight members and you want to add another, delete six of your family members. Those members are not gone forever. If you want another kid, keep the parents active and try to get a baby. If you want another pet, keep one adult active and buy a pet. You will not be able to control what this new member does.
Controlling ghostsTo control a ghost, enter the tutorial house and continue until Betty enters. Put in a series of fireplaces (burn to death) or light bulbs (electrocution) and move Bob out of the house. Block all the exits and kill Betty. The game will announce that you failed the tutorial and Betty's head will still be on the control panel. Click it and her ghost will appear. If one action is done, or you wait too long, she will disappear (you can get her back). Try changing her clothes and taking baths. Note: This may not work in the patched version of the game.
Full need barsEnable the move_objects on code when your Sim is sleeping. Enter buy mode and remove the bed on which the Sim is sleeping. The Sim will disappear. When you return to live mode the Sim will reappear somewhere else in the house and all mood bars will be at 100%.
Easy moneyIf you need just a little money, enable the move_objects on code. Have a Sim repeatedly get a snack, but cancel it before they start eating. They will put it on the floor. Then, enter buy mode and click on it. A message stating "Press Delete or click here to sell Chips for $15" will appear. The snack only cost $5, so you get a $10 profit.
Stolen vehiclesEnable the move_objects on code to steal the carpool car or schoolbus. Enter "Buy mode" or "Build Mode". Use the hand to highlight the car or bus. Move it onto a piece of land. Slant down the land around the car or bus. If done correctly, the vehicle will become stuck and begin to honk its horn. Enter "Buy mode" or "Build Mode" and delete the vehicle to return to normal.
Free repair man for lifeHire a repair man come to your house and fix a broken appliance. Once he has entered your house, build a wall around him and make sure he is trapped for two days. After twp days, he will die and turn into a ghost. Whenever you have a broken appliance, the repair man's ghost will automatically appear and fix it for free. Note: This can also be done if the repair man gets electrocuted and dies, while trying to fix an appliance.
Restore energyWhen your putting out fires, your Sim will have about half of their energy restored. Make a firework. Enable the move_objects on code and when it is coming down, click on it and put it inside the house. Have your Sim extinguish it. The energy bar will go up fast, but only half way.
