To get easy money all u need is the fishing rod, a bridge, a horse, a saddle for the horse and some lumber. When u get the bridge put wood around the bridge to its like a fence and when u go fishing bring ur horse on the bridge, so when u catch a fish just put it in the saddle of the horse, and the fence is there so the horse cant get away and u dont have do go running after him do put the fish in, ive been making 3000 dollars a day with this.
Note: Dont put rocks to block the horse cuz u cant jump over rocks but u can jump over the fence.

Plant crops only near the shipping bin. Or if you have a horse, plant anywhere. On your free time go fishing. If it's a rainy day the odds are you're going to get sick. Do your chores and go to the hot springs for an hour, then go to the resturant and eat a lot. After you have done all that, go to the hospital to make sure you are okay. Even if you aren't, you will stay at the doctor's and not miss a day by being sick.

Golden chicken
Trade a chicken using the trade menu in the library and it will become a golden chicken. It lays eggs that sell for 500G and you can sell golden chickens for 10,000G.

All powerberries
All but one powerberry can be obtained on your farm in the beginning of the game. Plow your field often. The last one is across the river. You need to get one. It costs 200 lumber and 10,000 gold.

Warp location
Go behind the Hot Springs. There is a location in a tree that you can walk through. This will warp you to on the ranch, next to your house. This can help bring berries to your bin faster.

Avoiding hurricanes
During the month of Summer, check the television for weather reports around the 11th and 21st. If the television says that there will be a hurricane, the next morning go to Ken and ask him for an estimate for a building. When you wake up the next day, you will go out and Ken will talk to you. After that the rest of the day will be normal, saving you from re-growing crops.
